Payment in equal monthly installments – at low interest rates, regular interest rates and interest-free*


You can divide the total amount of your purchase (including applicable taxes, fees and optional payment protection premiums) into equal monthly installments to be paid over the term of your plan.

Deferred payment - interest accrues, no payment*


You can defer payment for your purchase (including optional payment protection premiums and taxes) and pay your balance in full at the end of your plan. You will be charged an amount equal to 5% of your balance (excluding equal monthly payments) or $10 each month.

Administrative fees (does not apply to Quebec residents)


Administrative fees are transactional fees charged when you finance a purchase. These fees depend on the term of your mandate and may be presented as a monthly or annual amount. Administrative fees are covered by the total amount of your purchase (this does not apply to Quebec residents).

Annual fees:


An annual fee of $24.99 ($39.99 for Quebec residents), if applicable, will be applied to the monthly statement following your first transaction, and will thereafter be charged annually on each anniversary of your first purchase if your account has an outstanding balance.

  • How can I make a Flexiti application?

    In store, speak to an associate to request a Flexiti account or transfer your purchase to your existing Flexiti account via the merchants' app.

  • How can I pay with Flexiti?

    Shopping online? At checkout, choose Flexiti as your payment method. You'll then need to apply for a Flexiti account or enter your existing Flexiti account number. Next, choose your financing plan and complete your purchase. It's that easy! In-store, speak to an associate to apply for a Flexiti account or charge your purchase to your existing Flexiti account through the merchant's app.

  • How can I manage my account?

    Simply register your account online at my.flexiti.com! Once registered, you'll be able to view all your account details, including credit limit, outstanding balance, statements, financing plans, and much more.

  • How can I make my payments?

    You can easily pay through your bank's online payment system – simply add Flexiti (Flexiti Financial) as the payee!     Approved Flexiti Wave Card holders are not eligible for interest-free financing but can use their Flexiti Wave Card for regular credit purchases or purchases under interest-only equal monthly installment promotions at select merchants. While the Flexiti Wave Card and FlexitiCard are separate and offer different financing plans, they both provide flexible options across a wide network of merchants. The flexible pay™ solution

Subject to credit approval. Subject to the terms of the Flexiti Cardholder Agreement. A minimum purchase may be required. Administrative and/or annual fees may apply and vary by merchant. Promotional plans and interest rates offered vary based on the cardholder's creditworthiness at the time of application. The initial annual interest rate as indicated in the Cardholder Agreement (applicable APR) is disclosed at the time of approval and varies based on the cardholder's creditworthiness at the time of application. Equal monthly installments – interest-free. No interest will be paid during the promotional period on the promotional balance. The promotional balance must be paid in equal monthly installments, including principal and promotional interest, plus optional payment protection premiums, fees, and taxes, if applicable, for the duration of the promotional period. Equal monthly interest payment plans: The promotional annual interest rate (applicable during the promotion) will be disclosed before the transaction is finalized. The purchase amount must be paid in equal monthly installments, including principal and interest, plus payment protection premiums and taxes, if applicable. All promotional offers applicable to the account may be cancelled if you fail to make a required payment. In the event of cancellation, interest will be calculated at the APR applicable to the account. Any outstanding balance at the end of the promotional period will accrue interest at the APR applicable to the account. The current APRs applicable to accounts are 31.99% - 34.99%.
